Awake and Settled is not a standard real estate business or a meditation venture; it is a movement toward a more mindful and balanced way of life. It is about prioritizing your own wellbeing above the expectations that others put on you. Life can be challenging and complicated. Through your journey at work and at home we provide the expertise and services to empower you to seize your own opportunities.

Together, let's build the future of mindful living where we can all thrive.

Welcome to a space where business meets authenticity, and where Real Estate and Wellness cross paths.

Land Acknowledgement

With gratitude, mutual respect, and reciprocity, I acknowledge that I live, work, and practice on the ancestral lands of the Treaty 7 signatories. This includes the Blackfoot Confederacy—the Siksika (Six-ih-gah), Piikani (Be-gun-nee), and Kainai (Gaa-nah) Nations—the Îethka Stoney Nakoda Nation (Ee-iith-kah Stow-nee Nah-koh-duh), including the Chiniki (Chin-ih-key), Bearspaw (Bears-paw), and Good Stoney (Good Stow-nee) Bands, as well as the Tsuut’ina (Sue-tin-ah) Nation.

I also acknowledge that this land is home to the historic Northwest Métis (May-tea) and the Otipemisiwak (Oh-tay-Pem-soo-wak) Métis Government, including the Métis Nation Battle River Territory, Nose Hill Métis District 5, and Elbow Métis District 6.

This place, known as Wîcîspa (Win-cheese-pah), Guts’ists’i (Goo-tist-see), and Moh'kinstsis (Moh-gihn-s-tis), is a gathering place where the Bow and Elbow rivers meet—a place of connection, story, and relationship.

I acknowledge the presence of change—what was, what is, and what will be—and hold deep respect for the enduring relationships Indigenous peoples have with this land across time. I honour the original caretakers of this land, whose histories and teachings continue to guide us.

Through my mindfulness practice, I offer gratitude for this land and recognize our shared responsibility to walk forward with care, awareness, and respect, in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation.
